Terms of Service

Welcome to Softwash Pros USA (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Services Provided

Softwash Pros USA provides professional exterior cleaning, including pressure washing, soft washing, and related services.

2. Estimates & Scheduling

• All estimates are provided in person or through scheduled appointments.
• No pricing is guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
• Scheduling is subject to weather, equipment availability, and staffing.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept credit card, debit card, or electronic payment via Stripe.
• Unpaid balances may result in suspension of future services.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customer must provide clear access to work areas, including removal of vehicles, furniture, and obstructions.
• Customer is responsible for ensuring proper water supply and utility access.

5. Liability & Damages

• We take every precaution to protect your property. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, loose materials, defective surfaces, or conditions outside our control.
• Any claim of damage must be reported in writing within 48 hours of service completion.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service.
• Jobs cancelled within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

7. Warranties & Guarantees

• We provide workmanship warranties as specified in writing at the time of service.
• No additional warranties are expressed or implied.

8. Shield Plan (If Applicable)

• The Shield Plan is an optional recurring service.
• Terms, frequency, and payment obligations are disclosed separately and agreed upon in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softwash Pros USA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of South Carolina.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
